Shipping policy

Your order will only be processed and shipped once your payment has been confirmed.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday 9am - 12.30pm. Please refer to our website for individual updates.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We are not in charge of delivery times and do not guarantee a certain time frame. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We usually use Australia Post to ship orders. Signature on Delivery is not included in our standard shipping. Changes can be arranged if you contact us directly at or call us on 0402536857, immediately after placing an order.

Order Tracking:

Shipping Rates:
Free shipping for Sydney Northern Beaches, no minimum spent required. (NSW 2092, 2093, 2094, 2095, 2096, 2097, 2099, 2100)

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and location. 

We cannot accept responsibility for orders damaged or lost in transit.

Hampers and Packs that include Alcohol:

Our Hampers and packs are designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person.

  • two litres is the maximum volume of alcohol permitted in each gift
  • the gift must be packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift
  • the gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser
  • the gift cannot be delivered to a person at the location where the gift was purchased
  • gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
